Giuseppe Manco’s expert stylist’s forte is colour corrections and precision cutting and we have developed a strong reputation with our clients and within the industry - winning the prestigious Best New Salon Award in 2022 after battling it out with 700 other hair professionals and most recently creating a hair collection called “La Dolce Vita” to enter in to the British Hairdressing Journal Awards 2023, as finalist in the Southern Hairdresser of the Year category.

We take an Italian approach to everything from the highest quality precision cutting, styling and colour to the brands we work with and of course, we’re even choosy about the coffee we serve!

Giuseppe opened the salon in 2021, along with his wife Veronika, an expert in beauty and haircare. From the stylish interiors to the super-friendly Italian welcome, Giuseppe Manco has fast become a haven for hair and make-up in a unique, historic location. Tucked away in Charlecote Mews, it’s close to the High Street and enjoys the beating heart of Winchester city.

Giuseppe is a top hairdresser who cuts the hair of models for fashion shows. He always does a great job with my hair. He changes the style regularly as he has many creative ideas to do something different. The salon is easy to get to in the centre of town. His assistants are always charming, kind and helpful. The hair products they use are organic and have a wonderful scent! I am offered a cup of excellent Italian coffee: cappuccino or espresso and amaretto biscuit! The salon is smart, clean and has a relaxing, calm atmosphere. It is always a good pampering experience going to have my hair cut there.Giuseppe is punctual as well. I take my Mother to have her hair cut by Giuseppe. She has Alzheimer’s. Everyone is so kind, caring and welcoming with her. My mother loves the calm, reassuring and relaxing approach the staff have with her and is always smiling with her new hair cut. After making my way through various salons in Winchester but never returning more than once, I’m really happy to find somewhere that I look forward to going to.
